Order not delivered
Most orders complete in 1–3 min. If it has been over 30 min:
- Check spam folder for delivery email
- Verify the UID you entered at checkout
- Open live chat with your order number

Payment failed
Money charged but no order? We will trace it in minutes.
- Screenshot the bank/PayPal charge
- Email us with order ID and the screenshot
- Refund is auto-issued within 24 hours if no order exists

Wrong UID / Server
If the delivery went to the wrong account, we can investigate.
- Contact us within 24 hours of order
- Provide both the wrong and the correct UID
- We recover whenever the game allows retrieval
