1. Orders & Delivery
1.1 How fast is delivery?
Most orders complete within 1–3 minutes after successful payment. During peak hours delivery may take up to 30 minutes. You will get an email confirmation when your order is delivered.
1.2 Can I cancel an order?
Orders can be cancelled before delivery completes. After delivery, please contact support to discuss a resolution.
1.3 My order shows "Completed" but I didn't receive it in-game. What should I do?
First, double-check the UID and server you provided — a wrong UID is the most common cause. If those are correct, contact live support with your order number within 24 hours and we'll trace the delivery or recover it where the game allows.
1.4 What if my top-up is still "Processing" after 30 minutes?
If payment has gone through, you can refresh the order page to update its status. If the item hasn't delivered for an extended period, please reach customer service with your order number.
1.5 How do bundled products deliver?
Bundled products are usually delivered in batches — each part may arrive separately. If after a reasonable wait a portion is still missing, contact customer service.
1.6 Do you support Roblox Game Pass?
Yes. In addition to Robux and Premium subscriptions, we can unlock specific Game Passes for most popular Roblox games. Provide the Game Pass URL at checkout and we'll handle the rest.
1.7 Which games do you support?
Roblox, Valorant, Mobile Legends, Genshin Impact and PUBG Mobile are live with 55+ denominations. More titles (Honkai: Star Rail, Wuthering Waves, Free Fire, CODM, and more) are queued — see our All Games page.
2. Payments & Currency
2.1 What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and USDT. Region-specific methods (Pix, Dana, GoPay, OVO, Alipay, WeChat Pay) are enabled automatically based on your location.
2.2 Why did my chosen payment method fail at checkout?
Your card may have hit a daily top-up limit set by the issuing bank, or the payment channel is restricted in your region. Try a different payment method — if none work, contact customer service.
2.3 Are there any hidden fees?
The price shown is the price you pay. Some payment channels add a processing fee set by the provider — if any applies, it's shown on the final payment page before you confirm.
2.4 What currencies are supported?
Prices display in USD by default. You can switch currency from the top-right dropdown; regional processors will charge you in the equivalent local currency.
2.5 How long does a refund take to reach my account?
Refunds to the original payment method typically take 3–14 days depending on the payment channel and bank. Refunds to LD Gold are instant.
3. Coupons & LD Gold
3.1 How can I earn coupons?
Multiple ways: (1) sign up for the welcome 15% coupon, (2) get 5% back after posting a 5-star review with 10+ characters, (3) post a review on Trustpilot, (4) refer friends who complete their first order within 48h, (5) subscribe to our newsletter.
3.2 Can I stack multiple coupons on one order?
Some coupons are "single use" flagged and can't stack with other promos. Promo-code coupons and LD Gold cashback rebates don't stack on the same order — the system will show which combination gives the best discount.
3.3 What is LD Gold?
LD Gold is in-store credit ($1 = $1 value). It's earned as cashback on every order (3-10% based on VIP tier), auto-refunded if an order fails, and can be applied to any future order at checkout.
3.4 Does LD Gold expire?
No. LD Gold has no expiry and no usage cap.
4. Account & Security
4.1 Is it safe to provide my game account UID?
Yes. We only need your public UID to deliver the top-up — we never ask for your password or login credentials. The information is encrypted in transit and used only for this transaction.
4.2 Do I need to register to buy?
No — guest checkout is available. Creating an account unlocks order history, LD Gold balance, VIP status, and welcome coupons.
4.3 How is my data protected?
All payment data is handled by PCI-DSS-certified processors. We never store raw card details. See our Privacy Policy for details.
4.4 My account shows "payment restricted" — why?
This happens when we detect unusual activity (multiple failed attempts / mismatched billing data). Contact customer service with your order ID and we'll review within 2 minutes.
5. Refunds & Support
5.1 What if my top-up fails?
If delivery fails we issue a full refund to your original payment method within 24 hours, or to LD Gold (instant, usable right away). See Compensation Rules.
5.2 My payment went through but the order shows "Cancelled"
Payment confirmation sometimes arrives after our 30-min pending window. If your order was auto-cancelled but the charge went through, the amount is automatically refunded to LD Gold — check your wallet.
