By using GETBUFF you agree to these Terms of Service. This is a boilerplate template — please review and customize before production.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use this service.

2. Orders and delivery

• You are responsible for providing correct game account information.
• Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Most orders complete within 1–30 minutes.
• We reserve the right to cancel suspicious or fraudulent orders.

3. Payments and refunds

• Payment is taken at checkout via our certified payment providers.
• If we cannot deliver we issue a full refund within 24 hours.
• Successfully delivered digital goods are non-refundable except in cases of service error.

4. Prohibited use

You may not use the service for fraud, money laundering, or any unlawful activity. Accounts found in violation will be terminated.

5. Limitation of liability

GETBUFF is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the service. Maximum liability is capped at the amount paid for the disputed order.

6. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

7. Governing law
